Our story

Olga’s Bakery was founded in 2023 after we discovered the amazing health benefits of sourdough bread. Our very first yeast starter was born that year, and we named her Maria—in honor of my mother, who taught us how to bake.

With my engineering mind and the artistic soul of my wife Olga, we began our journey to find the perfect balance of flour, water, and salt. Today, we offer a wide selection of handcrafted sourdough breads, customized to order and available online as well as through social media.

Our philosophy is simple: to create bread with healthy, natural ingredients. We use high-protein flour and follow traditional methods of natural fermentation, ensuring every loaf is freshly baked just for you.
